Subscription Terms
A clear summary of PikPDF Premium billing, free trials, renewal and cancellation.
1. Available plans
PikPDF offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Both plans unlock PikPDF Premium, including unlimited document scanning and Premium OCR, PDF editing and supported on-device AI features.
- Monthly
- Billed once per month at the localized price shown by the App Store before confirmation.
- Annual
- Billed once per year at the localized price shown by the App Store before confirmation.
Prices may vary by country, currency, tax and App Store price changes. The purchase sheet shown by Apple is the authoritative price for your transaction.
2. Annual free trial
The annual plan may include a three-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Apple determines eligibility. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Apple charges the displayed annual price and the subscription begins automatically.
3. Automatic renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
4. Managing or cancelling
You can manage or cancel PikPDF Premium in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting PikPDF does not automatically cancel a subscription. After cancellation, Premium access normally continues until the end of the already-paid period.
5. Restoring purchases
If an active entitlement is not recognized, open PikPDF’s Premium screen and choose Restore Purchases. You may be asked to authenticate with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
6. Billing and refunds
Apple processes payment, billing, taxes, free-trial eligibility and refunds. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request assistance from Apple.
